• Usage data: Disciplines opened, search queries, and app navigation patterns.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version (for crash reporting and compatibility).
• Advertising ID: Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant advertisements.

2.3 Information Not Collected

• We do NOT collect precise location data.
• We do NOT access your contacts, camera, or microphone.
• We do NOT collect financial or payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the A+ Educ learning platform.
• To save and synchronize your learning progress across devices (requires account).
• To generate and deliver your free certificates of completion.
• To send learning reminder notifications (you may disable these in device settings).
• To improve our content, identify popular disciplines, and enhance user experience.
• To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local storage: When you use the app without an account, all your progress data is stored locally on your device in a JSON file. This data never leaves your device unless you create an account.

Cloud storage: When you create an account, your progress data is synced to our secure server at https://aplus-development.com using HTTPS encryption. Your data file is named after your unique user ID.

Security measures: All data transmissions use TLS/HTTPS encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are handled exclusively by Firebase Authentication.

Data retention: We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

7. Children's Privacy

A+ Educ is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

• Right of rectification: Correct inaccurate data (name and surname can be changed once in app settings).

When used offline, the app stores course content (images, quiz data) in your device's local cache. This data is used solely to provide offline access to content you have previously viewed and is not transmitted anywhere.
