Welcome to A+Academy ("we", "our", "the App"), an educational mobile application that provides free courses, quizzes, and exercises aligned with national school curricula. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide voluntarily
- Account registration (optional): first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), city (optional).
- Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your public Google profile (name, email, profile picture).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device identifier: a unique ID tied to your device (not your personal identity) used to save your progress locally and on our servers.
- IP address: used for geolocation to display relevant content and ads.
- Usage data: courses viewed, time spent per lesson, quiz scores, subjects and classes studied. This data is stored locally and optionally on our servers if you create an account.
- Firebase Analytics: anonymous analytics on app usage (screens viewed, events). No personally identifiable information is included.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports to improve stability. No personal data is included.
2.3 Advertising data
A+Academy displays ads from the following networks:
- Google AdMob: may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta Audience Network: may collect device information for ad targeting. See Meta Privacy Policy.
- A+Academy own ads: our server logs the ad impression (date, time, IP, app user ID) and ad clicks for billing and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To save and synchronize your progress across devices (when signed in).
- To generate recommendations based on your quiz results.
- To send study reminder notifications (you can disable these in device settings).

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored:
- Locally on your device (JSON files in private app storage).
- On our servers at

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS for all server communications and secure Firebase Authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Firebase (Google): authentication, analytics, crash reporting.
- Google AdMob: advertising services.
- Meta Audience Network: advertising services.
- Law enforcement: if required by applicable law.
6. Children's Privacy
A+Academy is designed for students of all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The App can be used fully without creating an account. Account creation requires an email address and is intended for users 13 years and older.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information can contact us at privacy@aplus-development.com to request deletion.
7. Advertising and COPPA / GDPR Compliance
Our advertising partners comply with applicable laws including COPPA and GDPR. Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized ads when required by law. Meta Audience Network similarly complies with applicable regulations.
You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.

- Request deletion of your data.

9. Offline Use and Data Caching
A+Academy caches courses, quizzes, and exercises on your device for offline access. Cached files are stored in your device's private storage and are not accessible by other apps. You can clear this data by clearing the app's cache in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

We may send push notifications to remind you to continue your studies. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
